Testimony: A Musician’s Story – Applejaxx

AJaxx_642x382

Testimony: A Musician’s Story is an audio-biography series that features various Christian artists. It tells their story through interviews and their music. It’s hosted by our friend Gaelika Brown aka Brown Theory

Applejaxx, the self-proclaimed nerd, speaks candidly with Testimony: A Musician’s Story about his childhood, devoting his life to Christ, and his mentor, hit gospel artist Tonex, and how he helped to shape him as an artist. He also discusses how some of his friends in the Christian hip hop community abandoned him when Tonex came out of the closet.

When no one else was around to support him he put his faith to work and truly leaned on God for strength. He has dropped several projects since then, including his recent release Jesus High 2.
