PRESS RELEASE STATEMENT:
shai linne of Lamp Mode Recordings releases his 1st ever music video for “Be Glorified (Psalm 55)”, produced by Wes Pendleton and featuring Chris Lee Cobbins, off his upcoming album “Lyrical Theology Part 2: Doxology.”
The song is a walk through of Psalm 55, applied to the modern urban context.
In the video, shot by Scout’s Honor Media Co., the camera follows numerous characters (in one continuous shot) through the streets of inner-city Philadelphia as various scenarios play out. Each character assumes the voice of the psalmist, crying out to God in the midst of the violence, poverty and addictions that are sadly prevalent in most urban environments. The repeated refrain of “Be Glorified” points the listener to God Himself as the ultimate hope for the city.
Pre-orders for the album are available from Lampmode today!
