Artist Manager | Creative Consultant | @ErinnMMC | @theerinnaffect

Erinn Knight might be new to CHH, but she has had experience in the music industry that has proven beneficial to her role as an artist manager within the CHH and hip-hop community. Knight currently manages New Jersey hip-hop artist Kaleb Mitchell.

Prior to managing Mitchell, Knight has worked with artists in the genres of rock, hip-hop and soul. Having originally started out managing in Rock music, Knight has toured twice on ‘The Vans Warped Tour’ (2012 and 2013), and has booked an independent tour in the U.K. and France (2014).

In 2015, her introduction to hip-hop was to start an event called ‘Rap Reel’ – “a unique concert concept that allows hip-hop artists to increase engagement with fans.” She halted the event a year later, but in 2017 she brought the event back, and opened it up as a CHH event.

Along with artist management, Knight is a creative consultant, show curator, and tour booker. Functioning under the moniker “The Erinn Affect,” she looks to empower and affect the creative community through events and her management and consulting firm Manage Me.

Through the firm, Knight “assists in building brand, skill, and knowledge of the music industry in order to see the small thrive and the growing survive.” She is a music lover focused on developing artists to their full potential by “teaching foundational business practices and simple industry hacks.”
