Wande Isola is a 22 year-old creative based in Austin, Texas. As a hip-hop artist, her mission is to encourage the urban community to live a lifestyle that glorifies God and pursue their purpose. She’s created music and assembled a following on her YouTube channel since 2012 after first becoming a fan of Christian Hip-hop in 2009.

Since then she has put together an artistic resume that is highlighted by being a finalist in the 2016 Legacy Conference Rap Showcase and being featured as a showcasing artist for SXSW for 3 years. In addition to that, Wande also entered the Christian Hip-hop world as a marketing and journalism professional. Wande has written for Rapzilla, promoting up and coming artists, along with conducting interviews and hosting weekly recap videos on YouTube.

She has also launched marketing and advertising projects during her time as an Intern for Reach Records, mainly assisting with Andy Mineo and wordsplayed’s Magic & Bird, Lecrae’s All Things Work Together, and small projects for merchandise and singles by GAWVI, 1KPhew and Aha Gazelle. Isola has even worked as a GRAMMY U representative for The Recording Academy, recruiting university students with interest in the music industry.

Her future as an artist looks bright as she has been the recipient of a Young Lady Grant for excellence in the arts and has totaled over 20,000 plays on Spotify alone for the 3 singles she’s released on major streaming platforms. Isola hopes to continue her journey in the CHH world building on a rooted involvement with her home church in Texas. There she’s served as a small group leader truly walking out the call of discipleship.
