Digital Marketing for Reflection Music Group | @rishaleondra

Reflection Music Group has become a solid entity within the CHH community. All of it is in part of their creative and hard working team. Helping RMG and RMG Amplify flourish is Risha Chesterfield. She has been associated with CHH for four years, and in those four years she has assisted artists with marketing their projects. Chesterfield started out doing digital marketing for Canon’s album Loose Canon Volume 2, and then moved on to Derek Minor’s Empire. She has worked on every project since, including Minor’s most recent release in 2017, High Above.

Along with marketing projects, Chesterfield has also been responsible for RMG’s Booking, as she has booked shows for Canon Deraj, and Tony Tillman. Chesterfield’s scoop doesn’t stop at RMG, though. Not only has she been a part of the building of RMG Amplify, she has extended her marketing skills to outside of the label to assist independent artists, like Tragic Hero, with his project My Own Worst Enemy.

Chesterfield also manages producer J. Rhodan, who has produced for Eshon Burgundy, Dre Murray, Tragic Hero, and more. All of the years of experience has helped push Chesterfield to start her own small business helping artists and businesses with their digital marketing and branding.
