Reflection Music Group has become a unshakeable force within Christian hip-hop. The label has a solid individuals steering the vehicle that is RMG and RMG Amplify. One of those individuals that plays a key role in keeping RMG Amplify functioning is Jasmine Stoker.
Jasmine Stoker is the Marketing Manager for RMG Amplify. She originally began her career in CHH as an intern at Reach Records. There, she met an individual who introduced her to Doc Watson, the co-founder of RMG. After her time with Reach, she became a paid intern at RMG, until she came on to be on staff full-time in July of 2017.
During Stoker’s time, she has assisted in creating marketing campaigns for RMG Amplify, developing social media strategies, and optimizing their YouTune Channel – that has now exceeded 10 million views. Stoker has been responsible for developing and writing copy for marketing collateral on eblasts, as it is distributed to over 23,000 people.
Some major roles and credits include her structuring and executing marketing campaigns for Derek Minor’s Reflection and Your Soul Must Fly, Canon’s LCV3, B.Cooper & Deraj’s For The People, Serge’s Rookie Season, and Reconcile’s Streets Don’t Love You – which rose to number 4 on iTunes.
Stoker also represents RMG for radio play as she communicates with and maintains relationships with media entities. She also innovates new ideas to reach new audiences and create engagement ideas for on and off social media, along with working alongside the CEO in a lot of the administration work.
Stoker’s responsibilities are vast and she, along with Risha Chesterfield, play an important role in making sure RMG and RMG Amplify continues to grow and flourish.
